Use your official CvSU email or your student number on the login form.
Make sure your password is typed correctly and check for accidental Caps Lock or extra spaces.
If you forgot your password, open Forgot Password and reset it using your CvSU email.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact the OSAS office directly.
Try signing in first with that email and your password if you may have registered before.
If you do not know the password, use Forgot Password to regain access through your official CvSU email.
If you believe someone used your email without your permission, reset the password immediately and report the issue to OSAS.
Enter your student number exactly as issued by the university.
Do not include extra spaces or symbols unless they are part of the official format.
If you are a new student, your account record may not be available yet. Confirm first with OSAS.
If your account is still rejected, contact OSAS to verify your student record.
Student registration and recovery features require a working @cvsu.edu.ph email.
If you have not received your institutional email yet, coordinate with your campus IT Coordinator.
If you know the email but cannot sign in, recover the email account first before returning here.
