Find answers to common issues with registration and your student account.

From the login page, click Forgot Password? below the login form.
Enter your registered CvSU email address and request a reset code.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the verification code.
Enter the code to set a new password.
If you no longer have access to the registered email, contact the OSAS office directly.

This may mean someone registered using your official CvSU email, or you already have an existing account.

First, try logging in using that email and the password you set during registration.
If you truly did not create an account, use Forgot Password? to trigger a reset link — this proves ownership of the email.
After resetting, change your password immediately and review your account details.
If you believe your account was created without your consent, report it to the OSAS office with your student ID as proof.

Only CvSU students with an official @cvsu.edu.ph email can register. Accounts using your institutional email require your email credentials to verify and take over.

Check your spam or junk mail folder first.
Make sure you entered the correct CvSU email address (format: firstname.lastname@cvsu.edu.ph).
Wait a few minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
Click Get Verification Code again to resend a new code.
If the problem persists, contact the OSAS office so they can verify your email address on record.

Enter your student number exactly as issued by the university.
Make sure it contains only digits and matches the required length shown on the form.
Do not include spaces, dashes, or extra characters unless the form explicitly asks for them.
If the number still fails validation, contact OSAS to confirm the student record on file.

KABSCHOLAR registration requires your official @cvsu.edu.ph email address.
If you have not received your institutional email credentials yet, coordinate with your campus IT Coordinator first.
If you know your CvSU email but cannot sign in to it, recover that email account before continuing registration.
OSAS cannot complete registration for you without a working official CvSU email.

Refresh the page (Ctrl+R).
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
If the error includes a code (e.g. 500, 419, 403), note it down and report it to OSAS.

This registration form is for students who already have an active university record and an official CvSU email.
If you are newly admitted and your institutional details are not active yet, wait until your records are available in the system.
If you are unsure whether you should register now, confirm first with OSAS before submitting your details.
