Find answers to common student password recovery issues.

Check your spam or junk folder first.
Confirm that you entered the correct @cvsu.edu.ph email address.
Wait a few minutes and send a new code if needed.
If codes never arrive, contact OSAS so they can verify the email on record.

Make sure the verification code is exactly 6 digits.
Use a new password with at least 8 characters.
Make sure the confirmation password matches exactly.
If the code expired, request a new one and try again.

Complete the password reset using your official CvSU email.
Once you regain access, sign in and change your password immediately.
If you see suspicious activity, report it to OSAS with your student ID.

Password recovery requires your official @cvsu.edu.ph email address.
If you cannot access that mailbox, recover the email account first through your campus IT Coordinator.
If the email on your student account is wrong, coordinate directly with OSAS for manual verification.
